Tina Comrie

Tina Comrie (née Moore) is a digital media dynamo in New Zealand, with an impressive 20-year track record. Starting out in magazines, she leaned hard into social and digital media as an early adopter and expert, and is responsible for having built some of New Zealand’s biggest and most engaged social communities. As the founder and 'Chief Attention Officer' of The Attention Agency, she's all about transforming customer engagement and boosting conversions through cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. Tina loves helping businesses who find themselves lost in the digital marketing maze, by keeping a laser focus on tangible business goals, and fostering a spirit of joyful curiosity to discover new and innovative solutions. In 2023, her leadership was recognised when she made it to Campaign Asia's '40 Under 40' list of leaders in marketing.
Josh Comrie

Josh Comrie is a serial entrepreneur, with 25 years of experience and numerous business successes to his name. He serves on several boards and has invested in over 25 early-stage ventures, primarily hi-tech businesses taking their offerings to the world. His businesses have won numerous awards, including the Fast50 for three years running, the Excellence in Business Support awards, and a Global Recruitment Award. This ‘portfolio’ life gives Josh an exceptionally strong understanding of the broader environment in which businesses succeed (or fail). For many years, Josh found digital and social marketing a ‘dark art’. He speaks in business terms first, and always looks to draw a return on investment - otherwise why do it? He started The Attention Agency with Tina to create real returns in this space based upon our collective business experience.
